Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggmann announces the arrest of Plattsmouth resident Joseph Gillott (36) for burglary and criminal mischief.  On July 28, 2020, the Sheriff's Office responded to the Future Technologies communications tower located at 18940 96th St. in Cass County, NE.  Earlier that day, the building had been broken into after gaining entrance through a surrounding fence.  Cable, wire, and communication equipment were taken.  The investigation led to the identification of Gillott and two accomplices.  Gillott was arrested on July 30, 2020, and arrest warrants for the other two individuals are being sought.
