911 Communication Center
The Cass County 911 Communication Center is the central hub for public safety in our community, serving as the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for all emergency and non-emergency calls across Cass County's 566 square miles.
Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, the center serves a population of over 25,000 residents with professionalism, precision, and care. Our team consists of 10 highly trained dispatchers and one supervisor, all dedicated to providing fast, accurate, and coordinated responses to calls for service.
