Court Security

The Court Security Division consists of 1 sergeant and 4 Deputies, whose primary responsibilities include providing security to the Cass County Courthouse, including both County and District Courts, and being assigned to conduct inmate transports and extraditions for the Cass County Jail. Secondary responsibilities include the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry, Cass County Jail Work Release, and the School Resource Officer program.
