The Cass County Sheriff's Office advises the driver of the Mercury Topaz involved in the two vehicle accident this morning on Hwy 75 south of Rock Bluff Rd. has been identified as Nicholas S. Schreck (33) of Nebraska City, NE.  

He was enroute to work when the accident occurred.  Next of kin has been notified.
