Warrant Arrest concluding with pursuit in Sarpy County.

On June 8, 2023 Sheriff, Robert Sorensen advised his deputies received information Zachery Marcoe 21 YOA of Omaha  had an active felony warrant out of Adams County and was en route to an address in Louisville. Deputies were advised Marcoe would be in a red Chevy Avalanche.

Deputies observed a red Chevy Avalanche that matched the description given arrive in Louisville at approximately 3:10 AM. Deputy's attempted to contact the vehicle in a driveway, but the vehicle then drove through the front yard and deputies initiated a pursuit. The vehicle then drove on Main St in Louisville and onto Highway 50 towards Sarpy County. The vehicle then turned on Highway 31 westbound and continued on Highway 31 with speeds reaching up to 110 mph. The roadways were clear. The vehicle continued eastbound on Highway 6 into Gretna before turning around westbound on Highway 6. A Nebraska State Trooper was able to deploy stop sticks with a successful deployment. The vehicle turned westbound on Capehart Road before turning northbound on 234th street. The vehicle then became disabled after the front driver's tire had shredded. Marcoe then exited the vehicle and a short foot pursuit started. Marcoe was apprehended behind a residence by a Cass County Deputy and Nebraska State Trooper. Marcoe was transported to Cass County Corrections for the Adam's County felony warrant along with Felony Flight to Avoid Arrest and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Sarpy County Sheriff's Office and Gretna Fire and Rescue also assisted on scene.
