Cass County Sheriff Robert Sorenson advised on the evening of Friday, April,7th at 9:30 p.m. Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle on HWY 50 and Waverly Rd. The vehicle continued East on Waverly Rd., not stopping so deputies initiated a pursuit. Deputies were able to detain 3 suspects in South Bend when the vehicle's motor blew. The driver of the vehicle, Stephanie Bachman, 24, of Lincoln was arrested for Flight to Avoid Arrest and an active warrant out of Richardson County. The front seat passenger, Gabriel Gallegos, 24, of Lincoln was arrested for Possession of a controlled substance and an active warrant out of Lancaster County. The third suspect and passenger, Riley Scott, 24, of Lincoln was not charged at this time and was later released. There were no injuries or damage to other vehicles reported.
