Sheriff Robert Sorenson advised that on Wednesday 04-05-2023 a male party flagged down a deputy regarding a disturbance with his daughter at an address in Cass County. Information provided to the deputies indicated the female identified as Moore, Tae-Randa (42) was armed and damaging property. Three deputies responded to 10614 Valley View Drive to make contact, but the female had locked the doors and refused to answer. Deputies sought an arrest warrant the following day for multiple felony charges and served the warrant in the afternoon of 04-06-2023  While law enforcement was taking Moore into custody, there were several items of drugs and paraphernalia in plain view which were subsequently seized through a search warrant issued by the Courts. Moore was transported to Cass County Jail where she was booked for Felony Criminal Mischief, Attempted Armed Robbery, Use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and Terroristic threats. Additional charge are pending regarding the drugs and items located after the arrest.
