Cass County Sheriff, Robert Sorenson advised that on the morning of Monday, March 20th, 2023 at approximately 2:27 a.m., Cass County Sheriff Deputies along with, Greenwood Fire & Rescue, and Cass County EMA responded to a one vehicle rollover accident at 258th & Waverly Rd.

A white Pontiac driven by Aaron Marlatt (24 yoa) of Aurora Nebraska was traveling eastbound on Waverly Road when his vehicle left the roadway, drove into a ditch and rolling over into a field north of the road.  Airbags did NOT deploy but the driver was transported to Bryan West Emergency for trauma to the head.  Alcohol is suspected to be a factor.

Accident investigation is ongoing.
