Cass County Sheriff Robert Sorenson advised that 01:43 hours of Saturday March18, 2023 Cass County Sheriff's Deputies along with Cedar Creek Fire and Plattsmouth Rescue responded to a report of a single vehicle injury accident on Plattview Drive in Cedar Creek. A vehicle driven by Iyn Hoefener 19 YOA of Louisville crashed head on into a tree. Hoefener was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was transported to UNMC for treatment. Alcohol is suspected to have played a role in the accident.
