Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Friday May 1, 2020 at 10:49 A.M, Cass County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of 120th St. just North of Highway 34 for a single vehicle rollover accident resulting in a fatality. The victim, identified as Robbie L. Barnhart, 52, of Avoca was traveling Northbound on 120th St. just North of Highway 34 on a gravel road when he lost control of his vehicle. Barnhart was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected from his vehicle when it began rolling. Barnhart was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced deceased ad at the scene.
