Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 9:59 a.m. Cass County Deputies along with Plattsmouth Fire and Rescue responded to a two vehicle accident located at Webster Blvd and 1st Ave.

A white 2020 Mack Truck pulling a side dump trailer driven by John Galen Fada (73) from Glenwood Iowa was heading eastbound on Webster Blvd and attempting to turn northbound on 1^st Ave. Driver did not see any vehicles in oncoming traffic and attempted to make the turn. John stated the front of the truck was already through the intersection when a motorcycle ran into the right far rear dually wheal. The motorcycle was a red 2005 Harley Davidson operated by Joseph L. Pohlmeier (56) from Plattsmouth He was transported to UNMC hospital in Omaha by Lifenet Helicopter... Accident is still under Investigation.
