Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 Cass County Deputies along with Plattsmouth and Murray Fire and Rescue responded to a three vehicle injury accident on Highway 75 between Highway 66 and Osage Ranch. A red 2013 GMC Terrain driven by Stanley Ohnmacht 71 YOA of Nebraska City with his wife Karen Ohnmacht 70 YOA in the passenger seat were heading southbound on Highway 75 when Stanly passed out. Karen stated Stanly just got out of the hospital and they were on their way home. The GMC went left of center and hit right rear wheel area of a 2018 Toyota Avalon driven by Richard Warner 47 YOA of Alburn Ne. who was heading northbound on Highway 75. The GMC bounced of the Toyota and hit head on with a grey 2020 Chevy Equinox driven by Michael McNeil 66 YOA of Omaha and his wife Catherine McNeil 65 YOA in the passenger seat also heading northbound. No airbags were deployed. The McNeil's were not wearing seatbelts. Stanley Ohnmacht, Michael McNeil and Catherine McNeil were transported to the hospital. All vehicles were towed.
