Cass County Sheriff, Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that Sunday morning, September 4th, 2022 at 00:17 am, Cass County Sheriff Deputies and Murray Fire and Rescue responded to a two vehicle accident at 9312 Rock Bluff Road. 

A white Cadillac driven by Samantha Peterson (36 yoa) of Nebraska City was traveling south behind the dam on Rock Bluff Road and collided with a black Chevy Camaro driven by  a juvenile (17 yoa) of Plattsmouth as he entered the roadway from a driveway.  Seat Belts were in use and both of the drivers and their 6 passengers were treated and released on scene. 

The driver of the Camaro was cited for Failure to Yield and the driver of the Cadillac was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
