Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at approximately 10:07 hrs. Cass County Deputies along with Murray Fire and Rescue responded to a one vehicle rollover in the area of Highway 75 south of Hobscheidt Road.

A gray 2008 Mazda 3I driven by 40 year old Shannon R Bennett from Auburn Nebraska was heading northbound on Highway 75 and ended up rolling her vehicle in the reported area. Shannon stated an animal ran in front of her car and she tried to go around it. Shannon stated her right wheels caught the right shoulder and then she over corrected and crossed the highway and rolled her vehicle on the west side of the road. Front airbag was deployed and Shannon stated she did have her seatbelt on during the accident. Shannon was transported to the hospital. Investigation is complete.
