Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Wednesday, April 16, 2020 at approximately 7:19 p.m. Cass County Deputies along with Eagle Fire and Rescue responded to a one vehicle rollover in the area 250th St. and Highway 34.

A Maroon Ford Escape driven by Timothy Jensen of Crete, Nebraska  was heading eastbound on Highway 34 and lost control from snowy road conditions. Jensen stated he was reaching in the back to hand something to his kids when his vehicle was starting to slide. The vehicle went into the ditch and rolled over after coming out of the ditch in the reported intersection. No one was transported to the hospital. No charges are recommended. Investigation is complete.
