Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Monday, November 29, 2021 at approximately 08:49 hrs. Cass County Deputies along with Louisville Fire and Rescue responded to a one vehicle rollover in the area of Church Road just west of 358th St.

 A gray 2016 Chevy Equinox with Nebraska plate 20-DH87 driven by Lisa Poffenbarger (DOB 4/5/65), was heading westbound on Church Road and ended up rolling her vehicle in the reported area. Lisa stated she does not remember how the accident happened. Deputies observed tire tracks in the soft gravel on the right side of the road followed by a curved skid mark next to the yellow line. The curved skid mark pointed in the direction of the right shoulder where tire skid marks and roll over marks lead to Lisa's vehicle on its side.  Side airbags were deployed and Lisa did have her seatbelt on during the accident. Lisa was transported to the hospital. Investigation is complete.
