Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at approximately 15:52 hrs. Cass County Deputies along with Ashland Fire and Rescue and Cass County EMA responded to a two vehicle accident in the area of 310th St. and Kimberly Dr.

 A Brown 2002 Chrysler Town & County van driven by Donovan Thompson-Grimm (DOB2/25/03) was on Kimberly Dr. facing eastbound and stopped at 310th St. to attempt turn left to head northbound on 310th St. Donovan pulled out but did not see a black 2017 Honda Accord come over the hill heading southbound on 310th St. and hit into Donovan's vehicle. The Honda was driven by Zachary P. Dwyer (DOB 7/9/97). Zachary stated he saw the Chrysler stopped and he proceeded forward until the Chrysler pulled out into the road and he could not stop in time and hit the Chrysler. Both vehicles had air bags go off. Both parties were wearing their seatbelts. No one was transported to the hospital. Both parties called to have their vehicles towed from scene.
