Cass County Sheriff Wm C Brueggemann advises that on Wednesday, September 29th, 2021 at approximately 5:44 pm Deputies from the Cass County Sheriff's Office, Eagle Fire and Rescue and Cass County Emergency Management responded to a two-vehicle accident on Hwy 34 and South 1st St in Eagle, NE.

 Drivers and vehicles were identified as SHERIDAN, Donald P (DOB: 09/16/1961) who was driving a red Honda Accord bearing NE plate ISUCY, and BAHM, Scott (DOB: 04/19/1958) who was driving a white Chevy Tahoe bearing plates VLS712. Contact was made with SHERIDAN, Donald who was confirmed as drinking and exhibiting signs of impairment. SHERIDAN was arrested for DUI and both vehicles were towed from the area. Both parties signed off with medical and were not transported to the hospital.
