Cass County Sheriff, Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at approximately 03:44 a.m. Cass County Deputies along with Greenwood and Ashland Rescue responded to a one vehicle rollover in the area of 202nd St. and Waverly Road. A silver Ford Escape driven by a 17 year old juvenile of Eagle, was heading northbound on 202nd and lost control and rolled the vehicle, ejecting the driver and at least two passengers from the vehicle. The vehicle had 6 juvenile occupants, from the Eagle - Waverly area. Seatbelts were not used. All passenger was transported to Lincoln, Bryan West or Saint Elizabeth Hospital. Witnesses stated the vehicle was observed swerving off the road.  Juvenile driver is charged with DUI. Investigation is ongoing.
