Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Monday, July 5th at approximately 12:13 am  Cass County Deputies along with Murray and Nehawka Fire and Rescue responded to a one vehicle rollover in the area Waconda Road and 30th Ave.

A white 2012 Jeep Patriot Latitude, with Nebraska plates WTC926 driven by Ella R Garrett (DOB 6/4/98), with Adrian Casanova (DOB 11/4/96), and Danielle Wellendorf (DOB 10/18/96), in the passenger seats. Ella was heading eastbound on Waconda Road and drove off the road in the reported area. Wellendorf was transported to the hospital. Garrett was arrested for DUI. Investigation is complete.
