Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at 0101 hrs. Cass County Deputies, along with Eagle Fire and Rescue responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident in front of 21010 A St., rural Eagle. 

Patrick Westlund (47, of Lincoln) was westbound on A St. when his 2020 Chevrolet Silverado left the roadway.  The vehicle struck a mailbox, continued into the ditch, and struck a driveway and became airborne.  The vehicle then rolled over, coming to rest on its wheels.  Westlund refused treatment at the scene.  Westlund was later arrested for DUI.  Seat belts were in use.  Investigation is complete
