Sheriff William C. Brueggemann advised on Wednesday March 10, 2021 at about 3:45 pm Units responded to a report of a two vehicle injury accident at Highway 75 and Highway 1, East of Murray, Ne. The incident was reported by EMA officials who were near the accident when it occurred.

Lilly Drannen age 17 of Murray, Ne. was the driver of a Silver Nissan Versa, was westbound from Murray Road crossing Highway 75. Sarah Watkins age 51 of Omaha, Ne. was traveling southbound on Highway 75 in a White Pontiac Grand Prix, when the vehicles collided in the intersection. Both parties were transported to Medical facilities by Murray Fire & Rescue and Plattsmouth Rescue, due to injuries, one individual was taken to Bellevue Medical and the other to UNMC hospital. Accident is still under investigation at this time.
