Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Sunday, January 17 2021 at approximately 02:49 hrs. Cass County Deputies along with Greenwood Fire and Rescue responded to a one vehicle accident in the area of Greenwood Drive and 220^th St.

A red 2013 Lincoln MKZ driven by Dominic Kinser (DOB 1/20/2000), was heading eastbound on Greenwood Drive and lost control and went off the road and hit a tree in the reported area. Driver was cleared from the accident by EMS and Kinser was arrested for DUI.<!xml-removed>
