Cass County Sheriff, Wm. C. Brueggemann advised on January 2nd, 2021 at approximately 12:40pm, deputies along with Louisville Fire/Rescue, Plattsmouth Rescue and Cass County Medics were paged to a three vehicle accident with injuries on Highway 66, west of 120th Street.  Investigation showed that 79 year old James Terry was westbound on Highway 66 in his 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, when he struck the rear end of a 2014 Honda Civic driven by 20 year old Trevor Tyler.  Tyler's vehicle was stopped, waiting to turn into a private driveway when it was struck.  After being struck, Tyler's vehicle entered the eastbound lane, where it struck a 2018 Jeep Compass, driven by 45 year old Jennifer Wilson.  Tyler and Terry were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Wilson refused medical treatment at the scene.  The investigation is on-going.
