Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on December 17, 2020 at 1:29 p.m., A Deputy was conducting patrols in Louisville Nebraska. The Deputy observed a red in color Chevrolet Cobalt with no plates driving at a high rate of speed. The Deputy initiated his emergency lights in an attempt to make a traffic stop. The vehicle began to flee, driving down several streets in Louisville swerving in and out of traffic. The suspect stopped on 144th and Church road, the single occupant of the vehicle Ethan Romero-Nelson (20 YOA) of Omaha was taken into custody and charged with Felony flight to avoid arrest, possession of Marijuana, and active arrest warrant from Sarpy County for failure to appear along with other various related traffic offenses.
