Cass County Sheriff Wm. C. Brueggemann advised that on Friday, January 21,2022 at 07:49 a.m. Cass County Deputies along with Greenwood Fire and Rescue responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy 63 and Mill Rd. Micah Henry (32 of Eagle) was north bound in a 2009 Honda Accord. Henry had slowed down to turn east onto Mill Road when he was struck from behind by Christopher Krupka (27 of Bennett) driving a 2019 Chevrolet Express van. Both vehicles are considered a total loss. Henry was transported for minor injuries. Alcohol is not a factor and both driver were wearing their seatbelts. Krupka was issued a Citation for following to close.  The Investigation is complete.
